Wasted Talent

Lois Griffin: Come on, Meg. The competition is this Sunday and you're not even close to ready.
Meg Griffin: Maybe if you loosen my chains?
Lois Griffin: We tried that. Remember, honey? You can't be trusted.

You've prolly seen most, if not all, of these already, but I needed to have a permanent link somewhere so yeah.... here they are:

Nintendo/Mario songs on ifilm.

I recommend Marimbas, a capella, stringed bass (both of them), guitar, piano, and even the Zelda one if you can handle it :P

"I got fired off of that commercial"

Director: Try it again.
Peter Griffin: "I'm caca for Cocoa Puffs."
Director: No, damn it! Take 26!

So my friend came over today and we talked about videos that we made for projects - well, here's a classic :P

Hall monitor XL-K

Peter Griffin: And our schools are the safest around...
Peter Griffin: Thanks to the hall monitor XL-K.
XL-K: Halt! Present hall pass!
Student: Right here.
XL-K: Second request. Present pass.
Student: But... Right here!
XL-K: Security breach!

I just saw this, and damn Monty, you're falling behind! :P
Real Transformer

James Woods Bugle

Hrmmm, so someone told me to read Imprint this week. Interesting :D Anyway, I need a topic for a report for my remote sensing course and I really can't think of any good ones. Some of the topics I can think of are:

-satellite monitoring of earth movement (ie for tsunami, earthquakes, etc.)
-how to determine age and/or movement of galaxies (are we expanding, collapsing, or what...)

If I'm more CS and/or math like, maybe I can do something with image processing, but I somehow doubt that (check out some satellite pics from eurimage btw, came across it while doing some background research) So yeah, need some ideas, although I suspect my readers are dwindling ><

[Edit] Someone just showed this to me - and it's just awesome - MacGyver Superbowl Ad.
